From July 21st to 28th, 2024, student Bai Xuejiao, representing Diligentia College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, was invited to participate in the 'Shenzhen x Lancang-Mekong Initiative' project - 'International Volunteers in Action: Illuminating Lancang-Mekong - China-Laos Science and Technology Cultural Exchange Camp', organized by the Shenzhen International Exchange and Cooperation Foundation, and was awarded an International Volunteer Certificate. During the exchange camp, she visited key locations in Laos, such as the Vientiane Comprehensive Development Zone, Lao enterprises (including the Vientiane Centre and BGI), local schools, and the China-Laos Railway, witnessing firsthand the fruitful results of modern industrial cooperation and the spirit of mutual benefit and win-win collaboration between China and Laos.
