The Resident Student Association of Diligentia College is committed to being a pioneer, practitioner, and guide in shaping the college's culture. As the association's slogan states, "What you feel is what we feel, what we do is all for you." This student-led organisation at Diligentia College is dedicated to creating three major platforms: an information communication and feedback platform, a resource sharing platform, and a resident management platform. The association aims to "escort" the students' college life, enhancing residents' sense of belonging and identity to the college. Simultaneously, it will explore a college culture with a humanistic care ethos, suitable for the residents of Diligentia College, together with all the students.
