The 33rd Diligentia Night Talk invited Dr. Shiwei Lei from the School of Humanity and Social Science to talk about the literary men and spirit.

Before getting started, Dr. Lei invited some students to share some knowledge and stories about spirits. Then, Dr. Lei teased out the development and history of spirits. He demonstrated the spirits in Christianity and Islamism. The history of spirits in China was also included. At last, Dr. Lei ended with a Song poem of Tingjian Huang. Students learned a lot about the relevant topic and enjoyed the sake with Dr. Lei.
