On 31 October 2017, a Halloween fell in the mid-term season, RSADC prepared surprises – or maybe frights – for Diligentia students to help them ease study pressure.

Some Diligentia students and staff dressed up like terrifying characters, such as no-face men, witches, deadly doctors, ghosts, and monsters.

They wandered on campus, dropped by school buses, the library, and canteens, impressing students with pleasant scare. The Master of Diligentia, Gu Yang, and passing-by students took photos with the cosplayers.

Later that night, hearing the knock on their dormitory door, students opened the door, only to find a zombie covered with blood, grasping a bag full of candies in hand. What a day!
